Pillows come in 3 sizes.
1. Eye Pillows are perfect for
freezing and placing over eyes while
relaxing. I bring these to my yoga
classes to really refresh my students
and assist their looking inward. $12
2. Medium Size Belly/Boo Boo
Pillows are just the right size for
grounding or healing. Can be used hot
or cold. I grab these any time someone
tells me they have an ache or pain--
they are just the right size for a knee
or shoulder. My students love to have
them placed on their belly during
relaxation, we don't know why exactly,
but it is very soothing. $15
3. Large Neck/Back Wraps are
perfect for those cold winter days to
heat in the microwave and soothe those
aching muscles. Most people hold their
stress in their shoulders and necks.
The warmth and smell of these have
been known to soothe the most frazzled
drivers after their commutes. $25
Sizes vary, no two alike, all hand crafted and
sealed with velcro so scents can be refreshed if
