1.  Eye Pillows are perfect for
freezing and placing over eyes while
relaxing.  I bring these to my yoga
classes to really refresh my students
and assist their looking inward.  $12

Pillows are just the right size for
grounding or healing.  Can be used hot
or cold.  I grab these any time someone
tells me they have an ache or pain--

Developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 1930's, flower essences
help us to deal constructively with the negative emotions and behavior
patterns that get in the way of our happiness.  Linda offers 4 essences
made from flowers in her garden:

Trumpet Vine:  works on the throat chakra to help clear the way to
improved communication.

Bee Balm:  to help manifest joy for those unable to see it.

Impatiens:   Treats impatience, irritability, patients who behave in a
melodramatic manner

Willow:   Treats patients who experience resentment and bitterness,
who have an "it’s not fair" and "poor me" attitude.

Flower essences work with just 4 drops dissolved in water or placed
